Rhianna Trim

Rhianna is a Field Ecologist and Conservationist with a strong interest in studying fungi diversity and nature-based solutions to environmental problems.

She has completed an Undergraduate in Conservation Biology and a Masters in Environmental Consultancy. Together with Rhianna, Flete Field Lab worked on a second, larger trial of mycofiltration in 2023 on Holbeton Brook, South Devon, looking at remediating not only E-coli but also NPKs.

Rhianna’s Dissertation won a prestigious prize from the Worshipful Company of Water Conservators at the end of 2023. In early 2024 Rhianna will be reworking this dissertation in the hope that it might be published at some point during the year.
