Tom completed an MA in Ecological Design Thinking from Schumacher College in 2022 with a research interest in nature-based solutions to water pollution, drought and flooding. Since graduating, Tom has worked as a public engagement specialist for landscape architect’s LDA Design which involves bringing the wider community into the decision making process of place design through public deliberation events. In 2024, Tom will begin a new role with the Farming and Wildlife Advisory Group as a natural flood management community advisor.
